Over 25 years experience in church education ministries including bus ministry, childrens’ choirs, Sunday school, outreach ministries, neighborhood Bible clubs, fairs and seminars.  A teacher trainer whose education includes accounting, management and a doctorate in religious education.

 

Deborah Shields

                                                                                                      

As a professional Christian educator, Deborah has over 14 years experience with elementary, junior high and preschool children.  She spent 3 summers as a missionary for Child Evangelism Fellowship in Maryland.  Her church ministries include: bus work, childrens’ choir, Sunday school teacher and teacher trainer.

Novella Carpenter 

Novella is our newest member of the team.  She is the wife of a pastor, Biblical counselor and brings a wide variety of experience and workshop administration to the team.  She has proven to be a faithful prayer partner, traveling companion and godly leader with a passion for missions.  Her creative ideas have great added depth to the ministry.
